Select the “Account” Section

Update your Credit Card Details

To insure your Orangedox account stays active make sure to update your credit card details whenever your credit card expires or is changed. A new "Stripe" pop-up will open as Orangedox partners with Stripe for simplified billing.

Cancel your Paid Orangedox License

Select the license you wish to cancel and click the “cancel” button. You’ll be asked to confirm the license cancellation. Your account will be downgraded to a Personal Trial and all your existing share links will continue to function as they had before.

Download a Previous Invoice

You can download all your previous Orangedox invoices for your records.  

Select the Invoice you wish to Download

  Invoice should open in a new "Stripe" window. Make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled.

Click the Download Button on the Invoice
