Information Provided when Connecting a Cloud Storage Account

When you connect a Cloud Storage Account ("Cloud Account") to our Services, we collect the following information from your Cloud Account: your account number, name, country and email. Examples of Cloud Accounts could be Google Drive, Dropbox, Youtube or Salesforce.

Preview Stuff

Shared Stuff that can be previewed online ("Preview Stuff") includes, but is no limited to, PDF's and Microsoft Office documents, images, videos, audio, code and text files. Any Cloud Account file accessed to create Preview Stuff is stored using 256 bit encryption on our servers.

Shared Stuff

When sharing your Cloud Stuff using the Service ("Shared Stuff") the following information is collected: the reference id to the file within your Cloud Account, a publically facing URL to the file provided by the Cloud Account, and the name and description of the file. In some cases a security change is required on the Cloud Account to share your Shared Stuff: if required our Services will make this change on your behalf.

Cloud Account Files

With the exception of Preview Stuff, at no time do we access, modify or create files found on your Cloud Account. Meta data, data related but not included within your files, may be used for your Shared Stuff.
