How to set up different branding for each data room

Add a branded viewer

1. Open the Branding page in Orangedox.
2. Open the menu at the top of the page and click Add Branded Viewer.
3. Upload your logo, add your website link, choose a brand color, and select a layout.
4. Save your branding.

Repeat these steps to create additional branded viewers for different clients, deals, or brands.

Choose branding for a new data room

When creating a new data room, you'll see a Select Branding step in the setup process.

1. Review the available branded viewers, including their layouts and brand colors.
2. Select the branding you want to use for the data room.
3. Click Next to continue creating your data room.

The selected branding will be used for that data room's viewer.

Change the branding on an existing data room

You can change the branding of a data room at any time.

1. Open the data room you want to update.
2. Go to its Branding tab.
3. Select a different branded viewer from the available options.

The data room will use the newly selected branding.
