How do I see who accepted my NDA?

This guide explains how to track NDA activity in Orangedox, including which recipients viewed or accepted your NDA.

Summary Metrics

Each NDA includes summary metrics that give you a quick snapshot of overall activity and engagement.

You can find these in the NDA dashboard, where key metrics are displayed. These cards highlight recent activity trends for your NDAs over the last 7 days, and indicate whether engagement is increasing or decreasing.

Summary metrics include

1. Active NDAs - number of NDAs that are active
2. NDA Views - number of times your NDA’s have been previewed
3. Signed NDAs - number of times your NDA’s have been signed

Recent Activity

You can quickly view recent NDA activity across your account without opening each NDA individually. You can view recent activity by

1. Clicking the Bell icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard
2. Selecting the NDA tab in the activity panel

This opens the Recent Activity feed, where you’ll see all NDA-related actions in real time.

Each activity item shows key events such as

1. When an NDA was viewed
2. When an NDA was signed
3. Which recipient performed the action

You can click on any activity item to open the detailed NDA view, including recipient-level analytics and engagement history.

This is useful for

1. Monitoring NDA engagement in real time
2. Quickly seeing who’s signed your NDA’s recently
3. Jumping directly to an NDA without having to search manually 

Check who Accepted you NDA

You can see exactly who has accepted your NDA and when.

1. Open the NDA App
2. Select the NDA you want to review
3. Open viewership metrics by clicking the metric icons next to the NDA

Here, you’ll see a list of all recipients along with high-level metrics for each, including

1. Engagement % - overall activity level
2. NDA Signed - whether they’ve accepted the NDA
3. Number of Previews - how many times they accessed the content
4. Downloads - number of downloads
5. Devices used - number of devices they accessed from

This gives you a quick snapshot of each recipient’s activity without needing to open detailed analytics.

From here, clicking on a recipient will show every time they’ve opened your NDA as a session. Within this screen, locate the “Signed” event, which confirms that the NDA has been accepted.

You’ll also be able to see

1. Which recipients have accepted the NDA
2. The date and time of each signature
3. The IP address recorded at the time of signing

Page-by-page Viewership Metrics

In addition to seeing who accepted your NDA you can also see when a recipient previewed your NDA including how long they spent on each page of the NDA.These insights help you understand

1. Whether recipients reviewed the NDA before accepting
2. How often the NDA has been accessed
3. Overall engagement with the NDA

This is especially useful when sharing NDAs in workflows like due diligence or external collaboration.
