- How does the access request workflow work?
- Share a generic request link and interested parties enter their email and request access. You receive an email notification and approve/deny in one click. Approved participants recieve the usual access email.
- Do I need to manually add emails before sharing the link?
- No. You're not required to enter participants email, however you can continue to do so for those participants you'd like to have access to the data room.
- What happens after I approve a request?
- The particpant receives an access email (for automatic sending) or you can manually send them the access link.
- Can I set automatic expiration dates for my virtual data room participants
- Yes. You can set expiration dates for data room and documents access. Documents automatically become unavailable after the set period.
- Is there a limit to how many devices can be set per participant?
- Yes. You can control the number of devices a participant can access your data room with, and revoke access at anytime.
- Do I need to upload my files?
- No. Orangedox pulls files directly from your connected Google Drive or Dropbox. Plus, Orangedox keeps your documents in sync whenever you make changes to your source Google Drive or Dropbox folder. No uploading required.
