Introducing Orangedox Bulk Download

We're excited to introduce Bulk Download for Google Drive users. This feature lets participants select multiple files in a folder and download them all at once, no more grabbing documents one by one.

What is Bulk Download 

When enabled, participants see checkboxes next to each file and a Download button at the top of the table view. They can select individual files or use the Select All toggle to grab everything in a folder. Note that each file downloads separately.

This saves time for investors, legal teams, and clients who need to download multiple documents.

How to Turn on Bulk Download for your Data Rooms

1. From the Orangedox dashboard, go to Branding.
2. Under Layout, switch the viewer layout to Table.

That's it, your participants will now see checkboxes next to files and a Download button to grab multiple files at once. Your existing download permissions still apply.

Controlling access with permissions

Bulk Download fully respects your existing download controls at the data room level. If you disable downloading for a data room, participants no longer see the option to select the files for downloading. 

This gives admins a simple way to decide which data rooms remain view-only, depending on the sensitivity of the documents and the stage of your deal or review.
