In-App Notifications

Stay updated within the Orangedox dashboard. You’ll now get real time in-app alerts when someone accesses your data room or shared documents. No more guesswork, just instant insights.

Email Notifications

You’ll now receive email notifications whenever someone opens a your newly created data room. This is especially useful for use cases like investor due diligence or legal reviews, allowing you to follow-up with your recipients once you know they’ve reviewed your documents.

You can also enable this feature for your existing data rooms and shared documents by simply enabling the “email notification” feature when modifying the settings for your data room / shared document.

Email Updates for Participants

Need to inform your participants of your data room that something was changed or updated? You can now send a custom message to all participants, perfect for letting people know when you’ve added new files, or made updates to your documents.
