  5. Updated PDF Viewer our PDF viewer has been updated with new zoom and page controls that more closely mimic those of the Chrome PDF viewer.
  6. New Grid Layout custom branded viewers can now choose to display their packages of folders of content in a list or grid format.

Removed Splash Header

Custom branded viewers that included a splash header image will now use a solid background color (the same as the selected brand color). The logo will now be shown as a square for all types of headers included canopy and legacy compact headers.

Removed Share Link Wheel

The optional share link wheel has been removed. We’ve found that users typically have their own methods for sharing links and typically do not use the share links provided.

New Header Test & Description

Files and folders shared using the Publish app will now be able to choose to add an optional header title and description that will be included within the header of the viewer. This will allow users to add some context to their published material.

New Back Button

To help with navigation for shared folders and packages we’ve added a back button to help users navigate back to previous folders.

Updated PDF Viewer

We’ve simplified our custom PDF viewer and updated it with new zoom and page controls that more closely mimic those of the Chrome PDF viewer.

New Grid Layout

We’ve added a new layout format for shared files in folders and packages. You’ll now be able to select between a standard list view as well as a grid view. With a grid view, you’ll be able to display a list of your files in a list of up to 3 side by side depending on the screen size. Also, all subfolders will be included as navigation menu items.
